Thank you for your continuous support to Okana. We are humbled and grateful of your encouragement throughout our journey. In order to ensure we can continue to provide exceptional service, we’ll be now including shipping cost of $5 on all orders of value less than $30.

Since COVID we have had a significant increase in shipping and courier service costs.

We’re working hard to keep the cost of our products and service as low as possible, by significantly reducing our network costs and making big changes to how we operate. However, with an increase in shipping cost throughout the world it is becoming more expensive for us to source raw materials. Local courier services have also increased their price’s adding to our operation cost. With further increase in minimum wages and labour costs, we are continually working very hard to ensure that we pass an absolute minimum cost to our end service and ultimately to you.

We want to ensure you have advance notice of changes to our shipping cost and a price increase of our products. These changes will come into effect on 10th August this year.

This increase will enable us to continue to provide the quality and service you love. If you have any questions about the price increase don’t hesitate to let us know.
