1. What is your policy on animal testing?
Okana do not test on animals and do not ask others to do so.

2. Who formulates your products?
All of Okana formulations are made by our in-house team of bio-chemists and materials-chemists in our own lab.

3. Who manufactures your products?
All of Okana products are manufactured in house as per order basis. All orders are produced fresh, handmade in small batches to maintain freshness and its quality.

4. Do you avoid controversial or harmful ingredients in your formulations?
At Okana, we like to treat our skincare products the same way you like to treat your food. i.e. all Okana products are free of parabens, sulphates, mineral oil, methylchloroisothiazolinone, methylisothiazolinone, animal oils, coal tar dyes, formaldehyde, mercury, oxybenzone. Our promise to you, If you can not put in your mouth, we will not include it in our product. If you have questions about any ingredient that we use, please reach out to us here and we will provide a response.

5. Are Your Products Vegan?
Yes all of them. We genuienly believe in animal welfare and being environmental friendly. We do not test our products on animals, nor use their by-product as our ingredient.

6. Are your products Suitable for Pregnant or Breastfeeding Women?
Yes absolutely. We will never use any questionable ingredient that can harm your body in long-term. All our products are made from 100% natural edible ingredients.

7. How Do I Store Your Products?
We recommend storing all of our products in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight. Refrigerating our products will not enhance their longevity. We suggest using all products from Okana within 6 months.

8. What is the Expiry Date of Your Products?
The shelf life of our products is 12 month, but we generally suggest using any products from Okana within 6 months of opening. This ensures the freshness and quality of our ingrdients.

9. Can You Recommend Products for My Skin Concerns?
Of course, we would love to help! You can submit an inquiry on our contact page and be sure to let us know what products you’re currently interested in, your primary skin concerns, and your currently daily regimen (if you have one).

10. Can You Send Me Samples?
We currently have no sample sizes, but we are working on it! Stay tuned for future opportunities to sample our products ❤.

 


 

Loyalty Program

How do I join?

If you have already signed up for a OKANA account, you are automatically enrolled. Otherwise, signup at the top of this page!

How do I earn points?

Piece of cake! You can earn points by signing up (done!), referring friends and making purchases and they automatically show up in your account.

How do I view my point balance?

Check out your point balance in the top bar of every page. **

How do I redeem my points for OKANA goods?

Select the tab called Rewards. Here you'll see all the reward levels available. If you have enough points, you can redeem them for a reward and use that reward at checkout.

Is there a limit to the number of points I can earn?

No, this is yours for the taking! The more you buy and share, the more you earn. Just remember that your points expire after 1 year after your most recent order!

What do the 'approved', 'pending' and 'cancelled' statuses mean?

Approved: You earned these points which can be redeemed on rewards immediately.
Pending: No biggie, these points just need to be verified before you can redeem them. This typically applies to purchases and referrals. In 7 days, you’ll see these points as approved.
Cancelled: These points will not be added to your account. For example, this will happen if you cancel a purchase (the points will change from pending to cancelled)

What happens if a friend I refer cancels or returns their order?

Unfortunately, your pending points will become 'cancelled' and will be removed from your account.

Can I use my points during checkout?

Yes, but you must log in first. Otherwise, you must redeem your points for a voucher, which can then be applied during checkout. You can redeem your points in your rewards dashboard.

How do I leave the program?

That's a bummer! If you no longer wish to earn points, please contact us and ask to be removed from the program by contacting us at hello@okanaskincare.com. In doing so, you will lose any points you have accrued.

What happens if I leave and decide to join again?

We'd love to have you - just click “Join Now” on The Rewards page! Sadly, your point total will begin from zero. (So give some serious thought to leaving in the first place!)

What happens if I redeem a reward and then return that purchase? Do I get my reward/points back?

Once your points have been used, they will not be re-issued

Is there a limit to how many points I can use at one time?

I have a Okana Subscription. Can I still earn points?

Yes you can! You’ll earn points every time your subscription is processed.

What happens to my point if I cancel my subscription?

You will still retain points from your past purchases but will no longer have exclusive access to subscription club and instead will go to the club your points accumulate to.

When do my points expire?

Okana points expire and are removed from your balance 12 months after the day you originally earned them. Your points may go up or down on a daily basis depending what points you have earned that day, or what points expire. You can check your points balance at any time by checking your personalised OKANA Rewards dashboard.
