Can I change my subscription frequency?

 Yes, you can easily change the frequency you receive your orders if you find that you’re receiving too many or too little product(s). This can be done by simply logging in to your account and updating your subscription settings in your dashboard.

Can I subscribe to multiple items?

No, currently this feature is only available for the Okana Gift Box.

Can I receive my product sooner?

Yes, you sure can. This can be done by logging in to your account and changing your order frequency settings, or you can have it sent on the same day through our Subscriptions settings page.

How do payments work?

Your first order will be charged at checkout, and again each time a future order is processed. Please remember to keep your payment details updated. If this does slip your mind, don’t worry as we’ll keep you updated with friendly reminders. 

Is Afterpay available on subscription orders?

Unfortunately, Afterpay is only available for one-time purchases, not subscription orders.

How much is delivery? 

We offer free delivery on all orders over $30 within New Zealand. 

How often should I have my Okana Gift Box delivered?

This is up to your discretion, we recommend a monthly or bi-monthly subscription, when setting up the frequency of when you would like to receive your Okana Gift Box. 

Can I skip subscription delivery?

If you’re going away and would like to skip or postpone a delivery, you can extend the delivery timeframe to a maximum of 8 weeks through your subscription settings in your account. If you’re wanting to skip a delivery for longer, please contact us for assistance.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Once the order has been subscribed and received you can only cancel the subscription after the minimum of two orders. To cancel your Gift Box subscription, log in to your account and select ‘Cancel’ in the subscription settings. Please note that your cancellation should be received at least 24 hours before your next order is due for dispatch, in order for us to ensure the cancellation is taken into effect. 

Can I resubscribe after cancelling my subscription?

Of course! This can be done by simply logging in to your account and selecting ‘Resubscribe’ in your subscription settings.
