What is its shelf life?

Our moisturisers are extremely natural, hand made in small batches with only food based ingredients. These are best used within 2-3 months after opening. We focus on making fresh, unprocessed moisturisers, with natural self-preservation formula. Although our moisturisers are strong enough to withstand most conditions, and full care has been taken in manufacturing and packaging of the product in sterile conditions, once opened it may be susceptible to contamination in certain conditions. And In the unlikely event that a moisturiser does get contaminated within 3 months of purchase we happily replace the product at no cost to consumer.

Great product and speedy delivery

I have super sensitive skin and have been using this product for years. I get compliments all the time about my skin and people are often surprised by my age. I am also never disappointed with the speedy delivery.

This is a lovely moisturizer - and because it's expensive and shipping is expensive I bought 2 to make sure I didn't run out. I finished my current jar, used up one whole jar and then started on the second jar - only to find that after 1 month of use, it's gone mouldy! Fuzzy green mould all the way around the rim. I guess you have to buy them one at a time? They are very small and don't last long, so I try to buy a couple of jars - I won't make that mistake again!

Needed a change from oils

I love these products (day and night cream) my skin is very dry and sensitive so use oil a lot but wanted to have a cream option didn’t come off on my pillow or be kissed off ;) so I have gone back to this. Don’t buy in bulk to stack up because it can go off because there’s no nastiest in but I love them, subtle smell lovely
